Shipping and delivery

Slumberly ships orders with tracking whenever the carrier provides it. After dispatch, tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout.

Estimated delivery

Our current estimated delivery window is 2–9 days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or an incorrect shipping address.

Shipping charges

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping. Shipping charges for orders below $100 are displayed before payment at checkout.

Address changes

Review your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact Slumberly Support as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started.

Delayed or missing orders

If tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
